Information we collect

How we use your data

- —To process your ticket orders and deliver purchased tickets to your account and email.

- —To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and payment errors (for example, matching a payment confirmation back to the correct order).
- —To show you relevant information at checkout, such as a payment-method notice based on an estimate of your country.

Who we share data with
We share the minimum data necessary with:
- —Our card-payment gateway and crypto-payment processor, to process your chosen payment method (order amount and a reference ID — never your account password).
- —A third-party IP-geolocation service, which receives your IP address to estimate your country (used only to display a payment-method notice; this estimate is not used to block checkout).
- —Law enforcement or regulators, where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers on the Site (see our Cookie Policy).
Data retention
We keep account, order and ticket data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, to meet accounting, fraud-prevention and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account as described below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Full card numbers are never transmitted to or stored by us — card entry happens only on our payment gateway's own hosted page. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
International data transfers
We are based in the United States, and data you provide may be processed or stored there and by service providers in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

We may update this policy as the Site changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
