Terms of Use

The Site is a discovery and ticketing platform for crypto, blockchain, Web3, fintech and AI industry events (conferences, summits, forums, meetups). We list events, process ticket orders, and deliver purchased tickets to your account and email.

Unless stated otherwise on a specific event's page, we are not the organizer of the listed events. Each event is organized, hosted and run by its own organizer, who is solely responsible for the event itself — its content, schedule, venue, cancellation, and any changes. We are not responsible for an organizer's acts or omissions.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase tickets. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and placing orders (in particular, the email address used for ticket delivery).

Prices are shown in US dollars. Placing an order reserves the selected tickets at the listed price; the order is confirmed once payment is completed.

A ticket is a unique code tied to your account and the specific order. Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes unless the event organizer or applicable law expressly permits it. We may refuse or cancel an order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, duplicated, or in breach of these Terms.

We accept payment by bank card (via a third-party card-payment gateway) and by cryptocurrency (via a third-party crypto-payment processor). When you pay by card, you are redirected to the payment gateway's own hosted page to enter your card details — we never receive or store your full card number, expiry date or CVV. When you pay by crypto, you send funds directly to a deposit address generated by the crypto-payment processor.

Bank cards issued in certain countries or regions may not be accepted by our card-payment gateway, as disclosed at checkout; cryptocurrency remains available as an alternative payment method in that case.

Due to limits imposed by individual card-payment gateways, a single expensive order may be processed as several separate card transactions. Each such transaction is shown to you before it is submitted.

Except where required by applicable law or stated on a specific event's page, ticket purchases are generally non-refundable once an order is confirmed and paid. If an event organizer cancels, postpones or materially changes an event, any refund or alternative (such as a credit or ticket for a rescheduled date) is determined by that event's organizer and their own refund policy, not by us; we will pass along the organizer's stated process where we are informed of it.

We may, at our discretion, assist in resolving a payment issue (for example, a failed or duplicate charge) but this is not a guarantee of refund.

The Site and the events listed on it are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any listed event will take place as described, and we are not liable for losses arising from an event's cancellation, postponement, change, or conduct, which are the organizer's responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
